3D Design Renderings
Scaled Overhead 2D Master Plans have everything you need for your project to accomplish the following in order. Proper plotted & scaled plan of your home, property and Landscape design all in one. HOA or committee approval stage, Job Planning stage, Contractor pricing estimates and take off stage, Material Shopping Stage, Installer pre-site and layout stage, Complete building installation stage, Future Warranty Referance & home documents- Note - 3D upgrade renderings are beneficial & beautiful for presentation but not usable for any of the above neccessities.
3D Renderings are a beautiful & beneficial upgrade option for extended presentation viewing but only "after" you have already purchased the necessity 2D Master Plan. 3D is not usable for everything listed in the 2D Master Plan summary. It does not have scaled measurements, dimensions, Plant legends, species, Hardscape & softscape legends, material specifications, sq footages, take offs, construction notes or anything needed to plan, submit, estimate, shop or build your project and will not be usable for contract installers and not approved by HOA or committee submittals. 3D is a Presentational Upgrade Only.
